Networked Leadership in the Public Service

Starting in January 2024, I will be surveying several hundred high performers recruited into the federal government since 2002 to identify which exhibit characteristics of leadership observed in highly successful innovative businesses. This study will generate recommendations on how to enable such networked leadership within the public service as well.
