On June 11, CBC asked about the significance of a U.S. delay in the opening of a new bridge between Detroit and Windsor. Ben explained that it was another sign of the “train wreck” that is the Canada-U.S. bilateral relationship, and recommended Canada make no further concessions in the talks to revive the moribund Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA)
